Can I start with the free plan and upgrade later?
Yes — you can upgrade at any time. Your data and listings carry over automatically, and you're only charged from the day you upgrade.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No setup fees and no long-term contracts. All paid plans are billed monthly and can be cancelled at any time.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
We do not charge a percentage of bookings. You pay the flat monthly plan fee and keep 100% of your revenue (minus standard payment processing fees).
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards via Square. Your customers can also pay through the checkout on your venue page.
How do I get my venue listed in the directory?
After signing up, go to Admin → Catalog Listing and toggle "Listed in directory" on. Your venue will appear in search results within minutes.
Can I have multiple locations?
Yes — Basic supports up to 3 locations and Advanced supports up to 10. Each location has its own availability, rooms, and booking settings. The Free plan includes 1 location.
